The Planning Board reviews and evaluates development projects and their impacts.  The Board has one regular member and one alternate member seat open to new members.  Appointments are 3 years in length (though initial appointments are often less, as they are finishing out terms that are already started).  The Planning Board meets monthly, typically on the first Monday evening.

The Historic Preservation Review Commission evaluates projects for compliance and alignment with historical standards and preservation.  There is one regular member seat open.  Appointments are 3 years in length (though initial appointments are often less, as they are finishing out terms that are already started).  The Historic Preservation Commission meets quarterly, typically on Monday evenings.
